As the Partner Manager for panel builders, you will be a key person in driving and developing Hager's network of panel builders and partners, as well as leading the development of the product portfolio for our builders. We count on you to make our offer clear, attractive, and relevant for both existing and new partners.
In this role, you will work with:
- Developing and adapting our partner program for the Swedish market
- Responsible for sales and results towards panel builders
- Strengthening the partner network through onboarding, training, and certification
- Organizing inspiring training sessions on system components, software, and assembly techniques
- Listening to the market and keeping track of industry trends to develop the program in the right direction while strengthening Hager's position and attractiveness
- Contributing to commercial strategies in line with Hager's global vision and local goals
- Focusing on winning projects and achieving set revenue targets together with our fantastic sales team
- Increasing the share of power products in the specified lead and creating added value for our customers
- Alongside our own builder Elektrofabriken, you will also be responsible for positioning Elektrofabriken as a strategically important competence center
- You will be based in our office in Stockholm or Mölndal and will work nationally with builders in Sweden.
About you
To succeed in the role of Partner Manager, we are looking for someone who is an electrical engineer (or has equivalent education) and/or has several years of experience in the electrical industry, preferably from panel builders. You understand how business works in project sales and have documented experience in business development. We see it as an advantage if you have experience in building networks and working consultatively and closely with partners to create long-term business success.
We are looking for someone who:
- Works strategically and results-oriented with the ability to quickly create a holistic perspective
- Is a team player who builds strong relationships and drives projects together with others – always focusing on long-term collaboration and trust
- Has a deep understanding of the panel builder's business throughout the value chain
- Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and has good knowledge of English (corporate language)
- Has a B driver's license.
Experience with CRM systems and familiarity with digital sales tools is advantageous for the position.
